It delineates the duties of both the customer-facing team and the back-office staff. The process starts with customers completing application forms and extends to customer service officers and branch managers verifying and validating the information provided. It also outlines the temporary account upgrade process and highlights the back office's role in verifying documentation and conducting financial checks before accounts are opened or upgraded in the bank's systems.

Steward Bank as a digital bank has acknowledged the need for a platform that the Bank can use to seamlessly on-board Billers and Merchants.

Steward Bank is introducing a revamp of the *236# USSD platform. The platform is currently limited to Account Opening, Kashagi and Card services.
However, customers that open accounts through the platform are experiencing difficulties in registering on our *210# mobile banking platform hosted by ZSS.
This comes as a solution to these challenges.
